Terms & Conditions
1. The promoter is Dalby Shoppingworld, 17-67 Cunningham Street, DALBY QLD 4405.
2. Employees of Dalby Shoppingworld Centre Management / McConaghy Group / McConaghy Shopping Centres shall not be permitted to enter the competition.
3. The promotion commences at 9am on Monday 20th April 2026, and will conclude at 9pm Thursday the 7th May 2026.
4. Prize Description: Ten packs, each valued at over $200. Every pack is different, offering surprise goodies for each winner. While the contents vary, each pack may include but not be limited to a selection of treats such as gift cards, experiences, face masks, candles, chocolates, bath salts, a bottle of wine or champagne. Please note: Value & number of prizes in each pack will vary—not all items listed will appear in every pack.
5. To enter & qualify, customers must spend a minimum of $100+ in Major Stores (Big W, Woolworths & Best&Less), $30+ in Specialty Stores or $20+ in Food Court Stores within Dalby Shoppingworld during the promotional period—exclusions apply.
6. Once a customer has reached / exceeded the minimum required spend, they may then write their details on the back of their docket, and place it in the entry barrel located near Woolworths. (IMPORTANT: Re-printed dockets & or online purchase quantities cannot be verified, therefore, will be deemed invalid.)
7. Offer excludes dockets for purchases Gift Cards, Laybys, Alcohol, Tobacco, Prescribed Medications or Gambling including but not limited to Lotto, Scratch It’s etc.
8. Multiple dockets cannot be added together to reach the total minimum spend requirement/s.
9. Dockets dated outside of the promotional period will be deemed invalid. (9am, 20 April 2026— 9pm, 7 May 2026)
10. Winners will be announced Friday May 8th and contacted via the details provided on the docket.
11. If winners cannot be contacted within 2 days, the prize will be re-drawn.
12. Prizes cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash.
13. Winners agree that delivery is not included and collection must be organized by the winners within 7 days of being notified. If the prize is not collected within 7 days of contact, the prize will be re-drawn.
14. Dalby Shoppingworld claims no responsibility or warranty for prizes once handover is complete.
15. Winners must provide Identification and sign a prize declaration form on collection.
16. Entrants must be an Australian resident & over 18 years of age to sign collection declaration.
17. The promoter may deny a prize if the terms and conditions have not been met by the customer.
18. The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
