Terms & Conditions – Dalby Shoppingworld - Mega Mystery Envelope Draw Promotion

 

1. Promoter: The promoter is Dalby Shoppingworld, located at 17–67 Cunningham Street, Dalby QLD 4405.

2. Eligibility: Employees and immediate family members of Dalby Shoppingworld Centre Management, McConaghy Group, or McConaghy Shopping Centres are not eligible to enter.

3. Promotion Period: The promotion begins at 9:00 AM on Monday, 24 November 2025, and ends at 6:00 PM on Sunday, 14 December 2025.

4. Entry Criteria: To qualify, customers must spend a minimum of $30 at any specialty store or $50 at any major retailer within Dalby Shoppingworld during the promotional period.

5. Entry Submission: Customers must write their contact details on the back of their valid purchase docket and place it in the entry box located at each participating store or in the barrel located in the Foodcourt.

6. Entry Limits: Each docket may be used for one entry only. Multiple entries require separate dockets meeting the minimum spend. Reprinted dockets are not accepted.

7. Spend Requirements: Dockets cannot be combined to meet the minimum spend threshold.

8. Valid Dates: Only dockets dated between 24 November and 14 December 2025 are eligible.

9. Exclusions: Layby dockets, Re-printed dockets, Paper Copy of dockets, Purchases of medicinal scripts, tobacco products, alcohol, and gambling services are excluded from this offer.

10. Draw Schedule: All entries will be consolidated into one barrel each Monday. Seven winners will be drawn at random on 1 December, 8 December, and 15 December 2025.

11. Winner Announcement: Winners will be announced on the day of each draw.

12. Contact Period: If a winner cannot be contacted within two (2) days, the prize will be redrawn.

13. Collection Period: If a prize is not collected within seven (7) days of contact, it will be redrawn.

14. Prize Conditions: Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.

15. Liability: Dalby Shoppingworld is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged prizes.

16. Prize Collection: Winners must present valid identification and sign a prize declaration form upon collection.

17. Requirements: Participants must be 18 years or older to sign the prize declaration form and currently reside in Australia.

18. Compliance: The promoter reserves the right to deny a prize if any terms and conditions are not met.

19. Final Decision: All decisions made by the promoter regarding the competition are final. No correspondence will be entered into.
